How it works
Pressing Continue hands off to Cityline's payment page, where the card number is entered. This site never sees it and never stores it. The seats are held only once the payment succeeds, and a receipt is emailed straight away.
Unpaid bookings
A booking that is not paid holds its seats for 30 minutes and then releases them. Start again from the tour page; nothing is charged twice.
Confirmation
The receipt is immediate and means the money arrived. The confirmation is a second letter, sent once the seats are matched with the operator, normally within 48 hours.
Refunds
Refunds follow the terms and go back to the card or wallet they came from, not to another account.
