Korean tours generally travel by road from Seoul down to Busan, by way of the fortress at Suwon, the hanok village in Jeonju and the bamboo forest at Damyang, then Gyeongju for Bulguksa and Seokguram; some also visit Hahoe village near Andong. It is a more traditional side of Korea than a city break in Seoul. A good number of tours add Japan or Beijing.
